Terms
Ten rules, stated plainly.
- Prices exclude value-added tax.
- Annual subscription is billed at the price of ten months.
- The Free plan is offered once per founding account, and once per commercial registration after verification.
- Exceeding a cap deletes nothing and never blocks reading; it only prevents creating new records of the exceeded type, with an invitation to upgrade.
- Upgrades take effect immediately, charged for the remaining term; downgrades require that usage already fits within the lower plan's caps.
- If payment stops, a fourteen-day grace period applies, then the workspace freezes to read-only with all data kept. There are no late fees, in observance of Islamic commercial rules.
- The Free plan has no time limit; when its caps are reached, the workspace keeps working within them, and the caps are lifted by writing to sales or by subscribing to a plan.
- Verification is independent of the plan: your organization's logo appears on documents once verified; until then the visible header carries the words “unverified organization”.
- MOSAIC's own organization runs on Enterprise without billing; all other existing organizations run on Free.
- Sharing between organizations is a platform function available on every plan, not a plan feature: the MOSAIC accounts manager raises the request, and it takes effect with the approval of both organizations' administrators.

Why per organization and not per user?
Because a service center only works when the storekeeper, the counter clerk and the technician are all in the system. Per-seat pricing quietly pushes centers to keep some people out, and the file breaks exactly there.
Is the Free plan really free, with no time limit?
Yes. Five users, a hundred devices and two gigabytes of storage, every module, for as long as you need it. You pay only when you outgrow those caps.
What happens to my data if I stop?
It stays. The workspace becomes read-only and nothing is deleted. You can export, resume, or ask sales to extend.
Can I pay in my local currency?
Prices are set in US dollars. Local-currency billing and payment methods are arranged by sales for your region.
