One truth per device
Every fact about a device lives on the device, once. Nothing is retyped, and nothing is remembered by a person instead of the record.
MOSAIC stands for Maintenance Operations and Service Automation Integrated Center. It exists because the people who built it spent two decades running the operations it now serves, and could not find software that respected how that work is actually done.
The team behind MOSAIC has run maintenance and service centers, authorized service networks and after-sales operations for manufacturers and end customers in the United States, Europe and the Arab world. That work was done on paper, then on spreadsheets, then on a succession of systems built for factories or for retail and bent, painfully, toward service.
Every one of those systems failed in the same place: the device. A factory system knows machines but not customers; a retail system knows customers but not serial numbers; an accounting system knows invoices and nothing else. A service center lives on the single thread that ties a serial number to its owner, its referring brand, its parts, its reports and its money. MOSAIC was designed around that thread.
The platform was built Arabic-first and fully bilingual from the first field, because the markets it serves write in both directions and print documents that must be correct in both. Right-to-left is not a translation layer in MOSAIC; it is part of the data model.
Every fact about a device lives on the device, once. Nothing is retyped, and nothing is remembered by a person instead of the record.
Vouchers and technical reports are numbered and sealed. What was agreed cannot be quietly edited later, and the audit trail shows who, when, before and after.
No late fees, no deletion of your data when a plan lapses, no surprise in the invoice. The rules are written down and they hold.
Screens are built for the storekeeper and the technician, not only for management. If a screen takes more than a day to learn, it is redesigned.
Export is always available. A frozen workspace is read-only, never erased.
MOSAIC is developed and operated by a focused team of engineers and operations professionals. The company is headquartered in the United States and serves customers across three regions. Product decisions are made by people who have personally closed work orders, counted a storeroom and defended a warranty claim to a manufacturer.
We do not publish customer logos or testimonials we have not been authorized to share, and we do not describe features that are not in the current release. What you read on this site is what you will find in the free workspace.
Sales, free workspaces, partnerships and press all reach the same small team.
We open a free workspace pre-loaded with sample devices, parts and reports, so you judge the platform on real work, not on slides.
